Connor was THRILLED when I suggested we make cookies for FHE. He was such a good helper.
He helped us cut the dough out (notice the flour mustache), (which one of these is not like the others?)
he LOVED putting sprinkles on,
red was his favorite,
he even helped frost. What a guy.
We were surprised that he had no interest in eating the frosting or cookies. He did however have a clear idea on how he wanted to decorate the cookies and let his opinions be known. So...we have a lot of cookies with A LOT of sprinkles. Happy Valentine's Day!

I seriously think you need to teach your son how to commit the gluttony sin. Making cookies but not wanting to eat them? I can't imagine the life of a two year old.
This is sooo cute! Looks like you guys had a lot of fun, but probably had a big mess to clean up too! :-)
Way to go Connor. I love the cookies with A LOT of sprinkles! Like they just dumped the entire shaker onto it. That's Ben's favorite style. :) I think that's a great FHE activity. Tell Connor to eat some for me.
What a brave mom you are! I am such a germ-a-phobe that making sugar cookies with my kids gives me serious anxiety attacks. "You touched your nose--go wash your hands!" "You thought about sneezing? You're outta here!"
What a cute kid!
What cute pictures of an adorable "young man", not predigest or anything. Love, Maw Maw
Kristi, don't know what I was spelling!!! It was to be "prejudice". Maw
Love the flour mustache. I can't believe that you let Byron near those cookies. Any "original" hearts?
Can he come make cookies at our house?? I love sprinkles too!
